We are a family run business in Sunderland offering short term pet boarding services to your furry and feathered friends.We care for the following : rabbits, guinea pigs, degus, chinchillas, hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats, tortoise, budgies, parrots and cockatiels.

We can consider other pets on request.We are not licensed to board cats and dogs. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment. All bookings require a deposit to secure the dates requested.

All balances must be paid 7 days in advance of your pets stay.

We have alot of personal experience caring for animals. We currently are owned by one barmy boxer dog(Millie Moppington), two guinea pigs, one lizard and a horse !

We love all animals and it is a pleasure to welcome your  pets to our hotel.

We do our best to make sure they have fun and settle in quickly with us. Our customers often tell us they dont think they want to leave as they enjoyed it so much!

If your pet has not visted before and you are worried they might not settle (especially rabbits) please ask for 1 nights free trial!

We are registered with Kings Road Vets in Sunderland where your animal would be taken too for care and treatment if your own vet is not within a 5 mile radius of our pet hotel.

Please let us know if your pet has been unwell in the last 2 weeks prior to boarding. We will not board poorly pets and give medication unless they became unwell in our care. We can not stress this enough, we are not vet nurses and can not syringe feed poorly animals or give medication by syringe as experience tells us this is just too difficult and traumatic for your pet.
