We are a family run business in Sunderland offering short term pet boarding services to your furry and feathered friends.We care for the following, rabbits, guinea pigs, degus, chinchillas, hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats, tortoise, budgies, parrots and cockatiels.

We can consider other pets on request.We are not licensed to board cats and dogs. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment. All bookings require a deposit to secure the dates requested.

About us
We have alot of personal experience caring for animals. We currently are owned by one barmy boxer dog (Millie Moppington) and four guinea pigs,
We love all animals and it is a pleasure to welcome your pets to our hotel.

We are registered with Kings Road Vets in Sunderland where your animal would be taken too for care and treatment if your own vet is not within a 5 mile radius of our pet hotel.
Please let us know if your pet has been unwell in the last 2 weeks prior to boarding. We can not board poorly pets and give medication unless they became unwell in our care.
We can not stress this enough, we can not syringe feed poorly animals or give medication by syringe as experience tells us this is just too difficult and traumatic for your pet.

Opening hours
Generally we are open 9-5.30pm weekdays and 9-5pm on weekends. We can on occasion arrange pick up and drop offs outside of these times. We will need to give you a drop off and collection time to allow us the time needed to clean in between our guests just like a human hotel!
Please stick to these agreed times as we may not be available straightaway to check your pet in.
